  • Rub a thin layer of cooking oil on the pans, heat for a minute before using them for the first time.
  • Do not heat empty pans for a long period of time. Use only small or medium heat to cook.
  • Do not use metal ladles. Nylon, wooden or plastic spatulas are highly recommended for use with the pans.
  • After cooking a dish, clean with just warm water before cooking the second dish.
  • Cool pan before washing. After that, wipe surface using clean cloth dabbed with cooking oil.
  • Do not use steel scrubbers or gourd sponge.
  • When cooking, hold on to the handle to prevent slips.
